Statewide Taxation Services was founded in June 1992 and is 100% owned by the Dossetto family.

Originally, “Kedron Management Services Pty Ltd’, was established in 1985 by David and Noela Dossetto to provide accounting and taxation services to small business. Whilst 1992 saw Wayne and Anna Dossetto commence Statewide Taxation Services Pty Ltd from their home office at Banyo. Through the growth in the financial planning area and also increasing accounting work, the practices were amalgamated in 1999 and moved to the current location on Gympie Road Kedron, on Brisbane’s inner northside.

Servicing a diverse client base, the practice now has six professional accountants, two licensed financial advisers and eight support staff to ensue all clients get the best of service and advice. Statewide Taxation Services Pty Ltd also have branch offices at Mermaid Beach and Currumbin on the Gold Coast, and at Iredale near Toowoomba.

Our Team

David Dossetto F.P.N.A. Director, Accountant, Financial Adviser David has been a qualified accountant and registered tax agent since 1985. He had previously spent many years with a large Brisbane accounting practice specialising in the Hotel and Service Station industries. Many of David’s clients have grown with him and now enjoy the security of a large investment portfolio. He has given strategic advice to these clients on matters such as tax minimization, business acquisitions and disposals, superannuation and wealth building. As a tax agent for over 25 years David has been able to offer practical and sound advice to wage and salary earners including investment options and new business ventures.  David also is an authorized representative of Count Wealth Accountants providing his clients with effective investment strategies to secure and grow their wealth. Count wealth Accountants is Australia’s largest independently owned network of accountants specialising in wealth advice.

Wayne Dossetto AFP C.Dec Director, Tax Consultant, Financial Adviser Wayne has a lifetime of experience in the financial services sector. Following 16 years in retail banking with experience as a branch manager, Wayne moved to a career in taxation and financial advising. Understanding the needs of clients and drawing on his depth of knowledge to provide practical and genuine advice. Wayne values the old traditions of providing clients with exceptional levels of service and complete satisfaction. His greatest strength is an ability to communicate with people from all walks of life and all financial situations. Wayne offers expertise in investment advice particularly in the area of superannuation, including self managed super funds. As a member of the FPA(Financial Planning Association of Australia Limited) Wayne is bound by the Code of Professional Practice that the Association requires, and always aims to meet and exceed these professional standards and is committed to achieving high standards through his conduct and continuing professional education. Wayne is an authorized representative of Count Wealth Accountants, Australia’s largest independently owned network of accountants specialising in wealth advice.

Anna Dossetto FPNA Director, Accountant Anna has worked in the accounting sector for more than 20 years. A registered tax agent with professional accounting qualifications. Anna has an in-depth knowledge of taxation and corporate matters and provides professional taxation and accounting advice for the practice. Clients enjoy an extremely high level of professionalism, offering our business clients accurate and timely financial reports. Advice on GST and other taxation compliance matters are Anna’s specialty. With taxation and accounting legislation ever changing, Anna remains committed to continuous improvement and professional development to ensure clients needs and expectations are satisfied.

Phyllis Marshall ANIA Accountant Phyllis has over 30 years experience in accounting practices joining Statewide Taxation in 2009. Specialising in managing small business clients, she has worked in taxation services for many years and prides herself in providing quality reporting whether it be for individual income tax returns or corporate clients. Professionally qualified she is also keen to maintain a high standard of knowledge with ongoing professional development.

Freddy Lukito ASA B.Fin.(Acct.) Accountant Freddy has recently joined the team at Statewide Taxation in 2010.  He is a qualified accountant and specialises in self managed superannuation fund (SMSF) and small business taxation and advice. Having ran his own business previously helps him understand the difficulties and problems that are commonly faced by small business owners. Freddy’s willingness to help and his understanding ensures his clients feel very comfortable dealing with rigorous compliance works required, while getting the benefits of effective tax minimisation strategies. Freddy is an associate member of CPA and currently undertaking the professional CPA course to move towards full CPA status.
